This 3-day safari in Tanzania offers an unforgettable journey through some of the country’s most scenic and wildlife-rich national parks. The adventure begins at Tarangire National Park, renowned for its majestic baobab trees, large herds of elephants, and stunning views of animals congregating along the Tarangire River.
Next, you’ll visit Lake Manyara, famous for its tree-climbing lions, diverse birdlife, and natural hot springs, providing a unique experience for nature enthusiasts and plant lovers alike.
The safari concludes at the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can observe a thriving ecosystem of wildlife and appreciate the unique relationship between the Maasai people and nature. Drive to Tarangire National Park, which is about 2 hours from Arusha. Tarangire is a small national park in Tanzania, known for its beautiful wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and more.
The park is also famous for its impressive baobab trees. There is a fantastic viewpoint and a river that runs through the park, allowing visitors to observe various animals and bird species coming to drink water.
In the afternoon, after lunch, we will head to Lake Manyara for dinner and an overnight stay at a lodge or campsite.
After breakfast, we will begin our tour at Lake Manyara National Park, which is famously known for its tree-climbing lions and a stunning variety of bird species.
The park also features hot springs and is an excellent spot for those interested in botany, as you can identify various plant species. After the game drive, we will return to our lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight accommodations.
After breakfast, we will embark on an early morning drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Before descending into the crater, we will stop at a viewpoint for photos.
Once inside the crater, you will have the opportunity to see rhinos, lions, elephants, and various other wildlife. You can enjoy the beautiful climate and stunning landscapes.
The Ngorongoro region is unique, as both animals and the Maasai people coexist here, allowing you to experience their rich culture as well. After lunch, we will drive back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay in a lodge or hotel.
